Muscular Dystrophy Association Support Group at St. Charles Hospital

The MDA & St. Charles Hospital in Port Jefferson, NY are providing free support groups for patients and their families. The groups are held on a monthly basis on Fridays from 12 to 1pm at the Outpatient Clinic. The upcoming groups are listed below:
